Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your Intemporel piece. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer exchanges or store credit for eligible items within 15 days of receipt. All returns must be made in their original packaging and condition. Please contact us prior to returning anything.

Please note that custom, engraved, and personalized pieces (including initials, lettering, birthstones, and custom sizes) are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.

For all other items, we kindly ask that you contact us before sending anything back so we can review your request, we’ll always do our best to assist. Items purchased online may be returned to our New York showroom with an original receipt or gift receipt.
